Terms and Conditions

1. The contest themes are:
   Category A : Kidney Health for All – Preparing for the unexpected, supporting the vulnerable.
   Category B is open without a theme.
2. The contest will start in 2nd January 2023 and dateline will be on the 24th February 2023.
3. This contest is specifically for college and university students.
4. NKF will communicate about this contest via the student council / marketing using posters that will be placed at student centers.
5. Prizes will be announced and updated on social media on a regular basis (Facebook and Instagram)
6. Sponsors logo and credit mention will be on all publicity materials throughout the campaign. Publicity efforts will be via social media. Ads will be boosted throughout this project tenure. Coverage for sponsors will be in NKF’s Newsletter.
7. Publicity such as announcement for the winners and printing of t-shirts will be done in March.
8. This contest will coincide with the worldwide campaign for World Kidney Day throughout March 2023.
9. The winning designs will be used to print on t-shirts. The t-shirt will not include any other logos besides those of the NKF, Malaysian Society of Nephrology, and its associates.
10. Printed t-shirts will be sold as NKF’s merchandise, as part of our fundraising effort.

Prizes

Winners will have their designs featured as the official NKF’s T-Shirts for 2023

Category A : World Kidney Day 2023
Winner: RM 800.00 + goodies

Category B: Open (No design theme/restriction)
Winner: RM 800.00 + goodies

Categories

Category A:

Category B:
Open. No design theme/restriction.

Criteria
• The design must be for the back only
• The design must be in 4 colors
• DIGITAL DESIGNS: Must be in high resolution and to be submitted as a .jpg, .png, or .pdf

Eligibility/Entry
• Any undergraduate or graduate student
• There is no entry fee to submit a design
