SLOGAN CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.0 Contest Theme

1. Theme: Kidney Health
2. Participants can submit a video of the complete slogan, I Need to Take Care of My Kidneys Because…
3. Videos that do not comply with the slogan will result in automatic disqualification.

2.0 General Conditions of the Competition

1. The competition is open to all Malaysians.
2. Participants need to Follow NKF’s Instagram and Tag 3 friends of the participant for complete participation.
3. Please make sure your Instagram account is set to ‘public’.
4. LIMITED to ONLY ONE video entry for each participant.
5. The competition will run from 14 February 2022 until 28 February 2022.
6. Entries submitted are the property of the participant. However, the organizer reserves the right to edit, print and publish it at any time.
7. All amendments to the concept of the competition are at the discretion of the organizers.
8. Any interpretation of the concept of this competition must be referred to the organizers.
9. The decision of the panel of judges are made collectively and final. Any appeals and objections will not be entertained.
10. Once the results are announced, if the secretariat finds that the participant violated the conditions in 1.3 and 2.2, the secretariat reserves the right to withdraw the prize.

3.0 Special Conditions

      Video Specifications and Slogan Guide

1. Video length must not be less than 30 seconds and not more than 2 minutes.
2. Participants are allowed to use aids or musical instruments while delivering the speech. However, the background music must not be too loud as to disturb the speaker’s voice. The use of a green screen to insert special effects is highly recommended.
3. Participants are allowed to wear costumes or clothes that match the theme.
4. Participants are NOT ALLOWED to touch on racial, religious and political sensitivities in the production of the video.

TERMA & SYARAT PERTANDINGAN ‘RAKAM & MENANG’

1.0 Tema Pertandingan

1. Tema: Kesihatan Buah Pinggang
2. Sila hantar video rakaman dengan slogan lengkap, Saya Perlu Menjaga Kesihatan Buah Pinggang Saya Kerana…
3. Video yang tidak menepati slogan akan menyebabkan penyertaan terbatal secara automatik.

2.0 Syarat Am Pertandingan

1. Pertandingan ini terbuka kepada semua warga Malaysia.
2. Peserta perlu “Follow” Instagram NKF dan Tag 3 orang rakan yang lain untuk melengkapi penyertaan.
3. Pastikan tetapan akaun Instagram anda adalah ‘public’.
4. TERHAD kepada SATU video penyertaan SAHAJA bagi setiap peserta.
5. Pertandingan akan bermula dari 14 Februari 2022 sehingga 28 Februari 2022.
6. Penyertaan yang dihantar adalah hak milik peserta. Walau bagaimanapun, pihak penganjur berhak menyunting, mencetak dan menerbitkannya pada bila-bila masa.
7. Sebarang pindaan dan perubahan terhadap konsep pertandingan tertakluk kepada pertimbangan penganjur.
8. Sebarang tafsiran terhadap konsep pertandingan ini hendaklah dirujuk kepada pihak penganjur.
9. Keputusan panel hakim dibuat secara kolektif dan muktamad. Sebarang rayuan dan bantahan tidak akan dilayan.
10. Sekiranya selepas keputusan diumumkan, urus setia mendapati peserta melanggar syarat pada 1.3 dan 2.2 urus setia berhak menarik kembali hadiah kemenangan.

3.0 Syarat Khas Pertandingan

Spesifikasi Video dan Panduan Slogan

1. Jangka masa video semestinya tidak kurang daripada 30 saat dan tidak melebihi 2 minit.
2. Peserta dibenarkan menggunakan alat bantuan atau alat muzik semasa menyampaikan ucapan. Walau bagaimanapun, muzik latar mestilah tidak terlalu kuat sehingga mengganggu suara penyampai. Penggunaan latar hijau (green screen) untuk memasukkan kesan khas amat digalakkan.
3. Peserta dibenarkan memakai kostum atau pakaian yang bersesuaian dengan tema.
4. Isu yang menyentuh sensitiviti kaum, agama serta politik dalam pembikinan video TIDAK DIBENARKAN sama sekali.
