An NGO that operates 32 dialysis centres that provide dialysis treatments to patients nationwide, with is now seeking committed and service-oriented personnel to fill the following.

1. COMMUNITY & PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER / EXECUTIVE

Join us in making a meaningful impact by driving fundraising initiatives that support patients and communities in need. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead strategic partnerships, fundraising growth, and community engagement initiatives for NKF.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Proven experience in fundraising, partnership management, business development, sales, account management, or campaign management.
✔ Experience in NGO or non-profit organisations is an added advantage.

What You’ll Do

✔ Lead and manage fundraising, partnership, and community engagement initiatives aligned with NKF’s mission and objectives.
✔ Develop and drive strategic fundraising and partnership growth plans to achieve revenue targets.
✔ Identify, develop, and secure new fundraising and partnership opportunities from prospecting through onboarding and long-term relationship management.
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with GLCs, corporate partners, educational institutions, financial institutions, Islamic institutions, NGOs, and community stakeholders.
✔ Oversee and manage fundraising campaigns, partnerships, events, and engagement activities to ensure successful execution and outcomes.
✔ Develop sustainable fundraising channels and diversified income streams to strengthen long-term organisational growth.
✔ Serve as the key liaison for strategic partners and stakeholders to ensure strong engagement, retention, and long-term collaboration.
✔ Monitor partnership pipelines, campaign performance, budgets, ROI, and fundraising outcomes to ensure targets are achieved.
✔ Identify market trends, opportunities, and innovative approaches to strengthen fundraising and community engagement outcomes.
✔ Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth coordination and implementation of initiatives.
✔ Lead, guide, and support executives within the Community & Partnerships Unit.
✔ Ensure all initiatives, messaging, and engagement activities are aligned with NKF’s brand and mission.

2. DATA & INSIGHTS EXECUTIVE

Join us in supporting impactful fundraising and community initiatives by ensuring accurate donor data management, reporting, and database administration. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual to support NKF’s fundraising operations through effective donor database management and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Proven experience in database administration, CRM management, fundraising support, data management, or administrative coordination.
✔ Experience in NGO or non-profit organisations is an added advantage.
✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
✔ Good analytical, reporting, and organisational skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, database systems, and reporting tools.
✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
✔ Good communication and coordination skills.
✔ Strong sense of confidentiality and data integrity.

What You’ll Do

✔ Maintain and update donor and fundraising databases to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper record management.
✔ Process donor records, campaign data, contribution records, and partnership information in a timely manner.
✔ Generate reports, dashboards, and fundraising performance updates for management and internal teams.
✔ Support donor segmentation, tracking, and analysis to improve fundraising and engagement strategies.
✔ Assist in monitoring fundraising campaign performance, donor trends, and database insights.
✔ Coordinate with fundraising and partnerships teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
✔ Ensure proper documentation, filing, and compliance with internal data management procedures.
✔ Support donor acknowledgement, tracking, and follow-up processes where required.
✔ Identify opportunities to improve database processes, reporting efficiency, and data quality.
✔ Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of donor and stakeholder information.

3. CLINICAL INSTRUCTOR / TUTOR (BASED AT HQ)

Responsibilities:

  • To plan, coordinate & implement 2 programmes a year i.e. Post Basic Nursing and Dialysis Assistant course
  • Responsible to guide the students in all procedures in haemodialysis nursing according to NKF’s standard Operating Procedures
  • To be an active part of the core teaching team responsible for the overall academic performance
  • Responsible for monitoring student’s performance in theory and clinical experience as needed for both the courses
  • To train students to be a safe and effective health care practitioner as part of the renal team
  • To deliver lectures, tutorials and facilitate students’ project presentations.

Requirements:

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Registered Nurse with Diploma or Degree in Nursing
  • Posses with renal post basic qualifications with at least 5 years working experience in dialysis
  • Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Posses own transport and able to travel

4. REGISTERED STAFF NURSE

Responsibilities:

  • To provide high standard of nursing care to all renal patients

Requirements:

  • SRN Certificate/MA board
  • 5 years nursing experience
  • Must be prepared to work on shift
  • Experience in haemodialysis will be an added advantage
